Shared Starters
These items are great starters for large groups, either in the lounge with cocktails or at the table shortly after all your guests have arrived. These items must be pre-ordered.

Generally, a guest will consume 5 pieces per hour for the first hour of a reception and 3 pieces the second hour. If no dinner is to be served afterwards then these numbers can be adjusted higher.

Bocconcino
A presentation of 20 individually prepared, bite-sized snacks
Tonna alla Crudaiolo- Spicy Tuna Tartare with avocado & olive oil $48

Toasted baguette with the following dips+ spreads:

Pizzette
Flatbreads baked in Toscana’s brick hearth cut into bar-bite size
(10 pieces per order)
Margherita: tomato + hand made mozzarella +fresh basil $11
Quattro Formaggi: mozzarella + fontina + Gorgonzola + Reggiano $11
Figaro: figs + Gorgonzola + crisp pancetta + truffle honey $12
Diparma: prosciutto,goat cheese, rosemary, arugula and mozzarella $12
