Fresh oven-dried tomatoes, house-made mozzarella, pesto finished with sea salt and extra virgin olive oil

Spring Lobster Bisque
With lobster broth and fresh spring vegetables
Warm crab and spinach dip
Served with crisped tortilla

Main Course:

Sandwiches served with “RGF’s”

Panino San Daniele
Prosciutto, oven-dried tomatoes and home-made mozzarella with pesto on a pressed baguette

Mushroom Burger
With fontina cheese

Black Bean Burger
With bibb roasted tomato and avocado

Chicken Cesare Wrap
“pulled” grilled chicken and tangy Caesar
in a flour tortilla

Margherita Pizzette
Classic tomato, fresh mozzarella and basil

Tagliarini Bolognese
Fresh, hand-rolled spinach pasta
with savory wild boar sauce

Tortellini
Pasta rolled with ham, mortadella and ricotta
in a sun-dried tomato and cream sauce

Capellini al Pomodoro
Imported angel hair pasta tossed simply
in light pomodoro

Entrée salad of local greens, grilled vegetables,
chicken, tomato, olives, mozzarella, egg, prosciutto,
crispy onions, with roasted shallot dressing

Lemon and blueberry cheesecake (gluten free)
Almond crust, strawberry coulis, white chocolate drizzle, whipped cream

Chocolate Fudge Sundae (gluten free)
Molten chocolate brownie, vanilla and chocolate gelatos, fudge, caramel pecans

Tagliatelle verde alla Bolognese
Hand-rolled spinach pasta with braised wild boar sauce

Trota (gluten free)
Pan-seared brook trout served with roasted potatoes, with tomato and English pea emulsion

Lobster Risotto (gluten free—hold shallots)
Topped with a tuft of truffled arugula and crisp shallots

Pollo Val d’Oastana
Pan roasted chicken breast folded with prosciutto, sage and fontina served with gnocchi al pesto

Dessert:
